By accessing or using Axzura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including free tier users and paid subscribers.

Axzura is a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform that helps software teams achieve and maintain compliance with frameworks including SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001. The Service includes:

• •Automated compliance scanning for repositories and websites
• •Security findings management and tracking
• •Auto-remediation with GitHub PR generation
• •Project Intelligence — multi-repo architecture analysis
• •Cloud integrations (GitHub, AWS)
• •AI-powered compliance assistant

• •You must provide accurate and complete information
• •You are responsible for maintaining account security
• •You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• •One account per user unless explicitly authorized
• •You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

You agree NOT to:

• •Scan systems or repositories you do not own or have permission to scan
• •Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• •Use the Service for illegal purposes
• •Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• •Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• •Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• •Impersonate other users or entities

• •Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy
• •You can cancel your subscription at any time
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •We do not offer refunds for partial months
• •We will provide 30 days notice before price changes
• •Failed payments may result in service suspension

• •5 compliance scans per month
• •1 compliance framework
• •1 team seat
• •Free tier limits may change with 30 days notice
• •We reserve the right to discontinue the free tier

• •You own your data at all times
• •We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• •GitHub integration: we access repository metadata only — never store source code permanently
• •AWS integration: read-only access by default
• •You can export or delete your data at any time

• •The Axzura platform, brand, and technology are our intellectual property
• •Your data, repositories, and compliance reports remain yours
• •We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• •You grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• •Axzura is a compliance assistance tool, not a substitute for professional security audits
• •Compliance scores are estimates based on automated analysis — they are not guarantees of actual compliance
• •We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis
• •Integrations depend on third-party services we do not control

• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
• •We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or downtime beyond our reasonable control

• •You may cancel your account at any time from Settings
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• •After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
